Call Center Agent (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

Telephone sales: You will contact potential new customers and present our offerings.
Customer consultation: You’ll conduct consultation and sales calls to help our customers find the right products or services.
Scheduling appointments: You will schedule appointments for more detailed consultations or follow-ups.
Data maintenance and management: You update and maintain customer data in the system and document the results of conversations.
Customer satisfaction: You ensure that customers are satisfied with the service and respond quickly to inquiries or concerns.

What we expect:

You speak Swiss German at a native level (spoken).
You are available to work 3 evenings a week from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
You are available to work two Saturdays a month from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
You can choose your days flexibly.
