Description

We are currently looking for a {job title} for our client based in {job location}. This is a direct permanent position with our client. Our support and placement services, as well as all our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Your job

Design and layout of electrical drive systems (pantograph, power electronics, transformer, motor, energy storage, etc.)
Integration of these components into our vehicles
Technical coordination with other disciplines (software development, installation planning, mechanical engineering, purchasing, etc.)
Creation of concepts and specifications
Creation of electrical diagrams
Collaboration with customers, suppliers, and, if necessary, experts
Performing calculations and simulations regarding the energy consumption and travel time of our vehicles in order to optimize the drive concept
Providing selective support for quotations
Support during initial commissioning of vehicles
Creating type test specifications and accompanying type tests
Support and analysis in the event of technical problems during operation;
basic knowledge of HV technology and/or EMC is advantageous for this
Independent work on the project and proactive communication

Your profile

Drive Technology Engineer
Master's degree in electrical engineering (FH/ETH) or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience
Enthusiasm for rail vehicle technology

German Business fluent
English Fluent
Additional languages are an advantage
