- Completed vocational training and a category B driver's license
- You already have sales experience in the temporary staffing industry, or have worked or are currently working in another role within the construction industry
- You have impeccable manners and enjoy working with people
- You are a skilled negotiator and know how to persuade
- Flexibility and teamwork are a matter of course for you
- You are between 25 and 40 years old
- Can you communicate easily in several languages? Then this is another plus
