Your job

Management and coordination of landscaping construction sites
Responsibility for the timely, high-quality execution of projects
Providing technical guidance and motivation to a team of skilled workers and trainees
Planning and organization of work processes and material procurement
Monitoring and compliance with safety regulations and environmental protection guidelines
Acting as a contact person for customers and collaborating with other trades
Checking the quality of work and documenting project progress
Ensuring adherence to cost budgets

Your profile

Completed training as a landscape gardener EFZ
Several years of experience in landscaping, ideally with experience as a foreman
Strong organizational skills and an independent and responsible approach to work
High level of customer focus and ability to work in a team
Resilience and flexibility
Category B driver's license

knowledge

Good knowledge of managing and motivating employees
Good written and spoken German

Languages

German
