Mechanic (m/f)

Planning, organizing, and carrying out or initiating repair and maintenance work
Organization and supervision of work with subcontractors
Introduction, implementation, and review of maintenance plans, support, and monitoring of implementation
Preparation of technical documentation for operation
Emergency on-call service in the event of failures
Securing and maintaining energy distribution networks and systems (compressed air, gas, cooling circuits, etc.)
Preparation of specifications or task descriptions for the purchase of new machines, systems, and spare parts
Organization and follow-up of operator training for production employees, with external support if necessary
Maintenance of buildings, including with service providers (caretaker tasks, locking systems, electrical systems, etc.)
Coordination of spare parts and tools
Support in other areas

Several years of professional experience in the maintenance/servicing of machines and production facilities. Ideally in medical technology
Completed basic technical training (e.g., mechanic, polymechanic, plant and equipment engineer, or comparable training)
Responsible role in forward planning and budgeting
Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality
Willingness to be on call and flexible working hours in the event of malfunctions
Enjoyment of team-oriented collaboration and open communication
Organizational skills and sense of responsibility

Good knowledge of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Experience in working with control systems (PLC knowledge is an advantage)
Very good written and spoken German
Good written and spoken English skills
