Setting up and operating fully automatic hydraulic uniaxial presses, including handling systems and connection to a high-bay warehouse
Setting up and operating gas and electric furnaces
Order-related raw material handling
Quality assurance in production by means of worker self-checks according to specifications
Independent tool change and cleaning
Independent corrections for quality assurance
Machine maintenance and cleaning according to maintenance schedule and instructions
Registration and storage of programs and protocols in the file system
Operation of the fully automated rack storage system and troubleshooting, corrective measures with external partners
Application for special approvals for raw materials
Support in other production areas and assistance in projects

Completed technical training in the industrial, production, or mechanical field
Experience in setting up and operating machines and automated systems (ideally presses or furnaces)
Good technical understanding and confident handling of tool changes and machine installations
High quality orientation and experience in worker self-inspection
Independent, goal-oriented, and structured approach to work
Willingness to provide support in other production areas and on projects
Willingness to be on call and work flexible hours in the event of malfunctions
Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility, and resilience in production environments

Good knowledge of digital systems (programs, data systems, storage variants)
Good knowledge of ceramic processing, furnace programming, and controls
Very good written and spoken German

German
