Your job

  • Independent scheduling and completion of repair work
  • Processing support cases using a PC or tablet
  • Supporting the installation team with deliveries and installations of new devices

Your profile

  • Experience as a customer service technician for household appliances or completed basic training as an electrician, automation engineer, polymechanic, or mechatronics engineer
  • Conscientious, honest, and precise
  • PC skills, driver's license cat. B
  • Customer-oriented and quality-conscious thinking and acting
  • Physically fit, able to work in a team, resilient, and flexible

knowledge

Vocational training certificate (EFZ) an advantage, professional experience or existing expertise
