Tell us your name, the e-mail address registered with us, the device you use and
what you expected to happen. A screenshot often says more than a long
description. Never send us your password.
Common questions
I cannot sign in.
Check that you are using the e-mail address your employer registered. Use
"Forgot password" to reset it yourself. If that does not help, write to us.
I do not have an account.
Accounts are issued by your employer. Please contact your contact person there.
My working hours are wrong.
Make corrections in the app; your company approves them. If something does not
add up, contact your contact person.
I am not receiving notifications.
Check in your device settings whether notifications are allowed for staffura.
I want to delete my account.
