2. Scope of This Statement

This policy describes the processing of personal data in the staffura app.

The privacy policy at

www.bellini.ch/info/datenschutz. If there are any conflicts between the two, this

policy shall prevail.


3. Legal Framework

We comply with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and, where applicable,

the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


4. What Data We Process

- Personal information: Name, date of birth, address, photo

- Contact information: email address, phone number

- Identification data: Information from the identification document you provide

- Professional background: Qualifications, experience, availability,

preferences

- Assignment details: Assignments, client companies, points of contact, assignment schedule

- Work Hours and Pay Data: recorded work hours and their approval, a photo

of a signed paper timesheet, vacation pay, advances,

payments

- Documents: documents you’ve uploaded, as well as documents that your

employer provides for you, such as pay stubs and contracts

- Messages you receive in the app

- Login credentials: password (stored only as a hash, not in plain text),

passkeys, two-factor authentication details

- Technical data: device identifier for notifications, information about the device and

operating system, logs of security-related events


5. Where the data comes from

Most of the data comes from your employer and their

HR system. You enter additional information yourself in the app.


6. Why we process the data

- To plan, carry out, and bill for your assignments

- To record, verify, and approve your work hours

- To provide you with documents and messages

- To connect you with staffing agencies upon request

- To comply with legal obligations, particularly those related to labor, social security,

and accounting regulations

- Ensure the security of your account and prevent misuse


7. Permissions on Your Device

- Camera: when taking a photo to capture your identification document, and—if your

assignment is processed via a paper report—to

photograph the signed report

- Photo library: only if you attach a document from your photo library

- Face ID or fingerprint: to confirm your identity before accessing pay stubs, contracts, and

other sensitive areas. The

biometric data is processed exclusively by your device; it

- Notifications: to inform you about changes to your assignment and about new

messages


The app does not request access to your location or to your

contacts.


8. No Tracking, No Ads

We do not use any ad networks, analytics services, or

cross-device tracking in the app. We do not sell your data.


9. Who We Share Data With

- Staffing agencies: only if you explicitly make your profile available to a

company. Afterward, that company retains its own copy and

is solely responsible for it

- Our service provider for the development and operation of the platform, which

processes the data exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions,

as well as the service providers it engages for hosting, email delivery, and

error monitoring

- Apple and Google, to the extent necessary for the delivery of notifications

- government agencies and courts, to the extent we are legally required to do so


10. Where Your Data Is Processed

The platform is developed and operated on our behalf by a service provider based in

Germany; the servers are located in Germany. For

email distribution and error monitoring, we use service providers that

process data within the European Union. Germany and the other member states

of the European Union provide an

adequate level of data protection.

For the delivery of notifications, the device identifier and the

necessary information are transmitted via Apple’s or Google’s messaging services,

which may also process the data in the U.S. Both companies are certified under the

Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; for certified companies,

, data protection in the U.S. is considered

adequate.


11. How Long We Retain the Data

We retain your data for as long as the purpose requires or the law

requires. For payroll and work time data, as well as the associated supporting documents,

, statutory retention periods of up to ten years apply. After that, we delete

or anonymize it.


12. Deleting Your Account

You can request deletion in the app: Profile, Security, Account

Delete. Alternatively, email support@staffura.ch. As long as an assignment

is still active or work hours from the last 30 days are still awaiting approval,

the deletion will be postponed; the app will tell you the reason and the timing. What

is deleted, what remains for legal reasons, and how long it

13. Data Security

Data transmission between the app and the server is encrypted at all times.

Login credentials and session keys are stored on your device in the operating system’s protected

storage of the operating system. Sensitive areas of the app can be

further locked with facial recognition or a fingerprint. Access to

our site is restricted to those individuals who need it to perform their duties

.


14. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to

deletion, to restriction of processing, to object to

processing, and to receive the data you have provided to us.

You may revoke any consent you have given at any time with future effect

also file a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner

(FDPIC); where the GDPR applies, you may also file a complaint with a European

supervisory authority.


15. Changes

We will update this statement if the app or the legal situation changes. The
