1. Scope and Provider
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the staffura app and the associated
platform. The provider is Bellini Personal AG, Stauffacherstrasse 16,
CH-8004 Zurich, Switzerland.
2. Who Can Use the App
staffura is intended for employees of companies that work with staffura
. You receive access from your employer; there is no public
registration is not available. Without access, the app does not display any content.
3. What the app does
The app shows you your assignments and your work schedule, lets you
log your work hours and track their approval, provides you with your
documents and messages, and shows you open positions for which you
apply for. Which areas are available to you depends on your
employer.
4. Your Account
Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect
that someone is accessing your account without authorization, please notify us immediately

5. Accurate Information
The information in your profile and your recorded working hours must be accurate,
up-to-date, and complete. They form the basis for scheduling and payroll.
6. Permitted Use
You may use the app only for its intended purposes. In particular, the following are prohibited:
accessing third-party accounts, automated scraping of content,
attempts to circumvent security measures, and any unlawful use.
7. Relationship to the Employment Contract
These terms and conditions govern solely the use of the app. Your employment contract, your
wages, and your entitlements are governed exclusively by your relationship with
your employer and the applicable laws and collective bargaining agreements.

8. Costs

or if the security of the platform requires it. If your
employment, your employer may terminate your access. You may request the deletion of your
account at any time; as long as a bet is still active or

14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify
in the app. If you continue to use the app after that, the amended

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Mandatory
venues of jurisdiction for the protection of employees and consumers
are reserved.
