How to request deletion
In the app
Open Profile, then Security, and choose "Delete account". You confirm the
request once. Your request has then reached us.
By e-mail
If you can no longer sign in, write to support@staffura.ch. Please include your
name and the e-mail address registered with us so we can identify you.
Both routes lead to the same result. For your protection we verify every
request before acting on it. We confirm to you once the deletion is complete.
When deletion is deferred
In two cases we do not delete right away, but as soon as the reason no longer
applies:
- You have an ongoing assignment. Deletion follows once it has ended.
- Working hours from the last 30 days are still awaiting approval by the client
company. Deletion follows once they are approved, at the latest 30 days after
the last affected day. If some days are still incomplete, you can submit or
delete them yourself in the app.
The app shows you the reason and the date. You do not need to submit your
request again.
What is deleted
Your personal details: name, contact data, date of birth, photo, identity
document data, qualifications, availability and preferences, and the documents
you uploaded yourself. Your credentials and passkeys are removed; access to the
app ends.
What remains, and why
Completed time records, holiday entries, advance payments and payroll payouts,
and documents that did not come from you, such as payslips and contracts. These
records are subject to statutory retention obligations of up to ten years. They
remain as business records, but without a link to you as a person.
Staffing companies holding their own copies
If you shared your profile with staffing companies, they hold their own copies
of your data and decide about deleting them. Please contact the company
directly. On request we will tell you which companies this concerns.
How long it takes
Where no deferral applies, we process requests promptly once your identity is
verified, and inform you when the deletion is complete.
