Your job

Disciplinary and technical management of assembly team employees
Ensuring regular information and communication within the team
Staff scheduling and responsibility for personnel requirements
Ensuring the supply of parts for assembly
Ensuring the assembly process and monitoring assembly in terms of quality, deadlines, and time requirements
Proactive key figures regarding efficiency, quality, WIP, and updating the daily situation on the shop floor management board

Your profile

Head of Final Assembly (a) wanted
Vocational training as a polymechanic, design engineer, automation engineer
Further education at HF or FH in work preparation, processes, project management, or technology
Several years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry in mechanical and plant engineering
At least 5 years of management experience

knowledge

Lean and change management tools
Skills in communication, conflict management, and interpersonal relationships

Languages

German
