Polymechanic (m/f)

Independent setup, programming, and operation of 3- and
5-axis grinding machines
Working on modern CNC machines, preferably with FANUC control
Independent creation of programs on various machine controls
Quality assurance in production by means of worker self-checking according to specifications
Independent tool change after intervals
Independently making program adjustments in the event of changes
Machine maintenance and cleaning according to maintenance schedule and instructions
Adjusting tools and, if necessary, reporting new tools to the purchasing department for ordering or providing them for reworking by contract grinders
Storage and maintenance of programs in the file system (date, version, machine, tools, etc.)
Ensuring transparent CNC program management
Collaborate on projects and take on additional tasks as instructed
Support in other production areas as needed

Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ
Several years of professional experience in the field of CNC machining
Independent operation and programming of grinding machines
Independent, reliable, and precise working style
Technical understanding and enjoyment of precise work
Experience in reading technical drawings
Order and cleanliness in the area
Clean and transparent tool organization
Ability to work in a team and willingness to take on responsibility
Flexibility and commitment in a dynamic environment
Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation) and flexibility in everyday work

Very good written and spoken German skills
